How Long Does It Take To Fill My Order? TOP On most products, please allow up to 2 weeks. On name pillows and other more time consuming products, you can expect your delivery in 2-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner, please let us know upon ordering. We will do our best to accomodate reasonable requests. There Is A Blue Spot On My Product! TOP
If there is ever a blue spot or blue shadow that appears on your product close to the embroidery design, it is a water soluble marking. I use this to mark the center of the embroidery design and it will go away simply by using water. I try to remove this but occasionally it reappears on certain fabrics. Once the item is washed or wiped gently with a warm soapy rag, it will never reappear. What Are Your Business Hours? TOP
